At Renewal Rehabilitation Center, we care deeply about providing our patients with a positive and healing experience by treating the whole you with compassion through quality care. Below you can find commonly asked questions about our services and who we’re able to serve.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Your first visit will consist of a thorough evaluation to determine a customized therapy plan for you. With working with your doctor, Renewal will assist the patient/caregiver goals and optimal level of function to be obtained. Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to complete patient information forms. You are welcome to download the forms to bring to your first visit to save time. Make sure to also bring the following: physician referral, imaging results related to your injury, identification, insurance information, and a copy of your medications.

 

What should I wear to my appointment?

It is recommended for you to wear loose fitting clothes for easy movement. If treatment is being rendered to the upper body, females are recommended to wear a tank top. For lower body, it is recommended to wear shorts. Walking or athletic shoes are preferred. Allow at least an hour for a thorough evaluation. The physical therapist will discuss your evaluation results and treatment plan.

 

I don’t have a referral. Can I still be seen?

No referral, no problem! Please call Renewal if you are interested in a self referral. Our staff would be happy to assist you by contacting your insurance company to determine if a physician referral is needed.

We accept many other insurances in addition to the few listed, and are continuously adding new networks. If you currently do not have any insurance, Renewal can assist with a self-pay rate. Please contact our staff for more information.
